Placing Your Order:
For your convenience we have established a
variety of ways for you to place your order.
Online: Simply select the items you
desire, place them in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Complete
the online order form with billing, shipping, payment information and
special instructions, and click the "place order" button. Should you
encounter any problems with placing your order on our website please click
the "Contact Us" button located at the top of this page.
Phone: Should you prefer not to place
your order online, you may call our customer relations
staff at 1-866-FLCHARMS (1-866-352-4276). If our staff
is temporarily busy, please leave a message along with
your telephone number and we’ll get back to you as soon
as possible.
Mail: Should you wish to mail your order
to us, take a moment to select the items you want online, place them in your
shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Complete the online order form with
billing, shipping, payment information and special instructions. Once
completed, press the print button on your browser to print out the form.
Send your completed order form and a money order or cashier’s check (made
out to Finish Line Charms, LLC) for the entire amount to Finish Line Charms,
LLC, PO BOX 8873, New Fairfield, CT 06812. Please note that we do not accept
personal checks. In addition, it is our policy to hold the order until the
money order/cashier’s check is cleared before we send out the shipment.
Shipping & Handling of Your Order:
Orders placed by 2:00 pm (EST) will usually ship the same day, including
orders with engraving requests (excluding custom items, or if an item is temporarily out of stock). All orders are shipped UPS or USPS ground transportation
unless otherwise requested. Based on product availability and ship-to
location, your order should arrive within 5 to 10 business days once your order
has been placed and processed (special orders and photo charms take approximately
10 working days prior to shipping). Should you elect, orders can be expedited
via FedEx. Charges below include shipping & insurance.
UPS/USPS Ground (5 to 8 business days): $7.95.
FedEx 2-Day: $19.50.
FedEx Overnight: $29.50.
FedEx Saturday Delivery (when applicable): $42.50.
Payment
Options:
For your convenience, we accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa,
Discover), money orders, and cashier’s checks.
Please note that it is our policy to hold an order accompanied by a
money order/cashier’s check until the form of payment is cleared. We do
not accept personal checks.
Charging
Your Credit Card:
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. If an item
is backordered, we will notify you and ship the item(s) as soon as it
becomes available. Please note that all orders are subject to
verification prior to shipping. The credit card information you provide
through our website is for merchandise transactions only. We utilize
industry standard encryption measures to reasonably ensure the security
of each customer and their respective credit card information.
Sales Tax:
Taxes are charged, where applicable, according to the shipping address
of your order. Please note that shipping & handling is taxed as well.
Expected Order Delivery Dates:
In general, orders are shipped via ground transportation and should
arrive to your shipping address within 5 to 8 days after your order
is processed. The exception to standard shipping would be (1) if you
ordered a custom item; or (2) if you requested us to expedite delivery.
Availability of Merchandise:
While we strive to provide you with 100% customer
satisfaction, there are times when a particular item may be out of stock
due to recent high demand or a delay in product manufacturing. We do
apologize for any inconvenience. When possible, we will inform you when
an item is backordered and let you know when the item is scheduled to
ship. Since the demand of a particular item often increases just prior
and after a specific event, we suggest you place your order early to
avoid possible out-of-stock situations.
Returning Merchandise:
Upon receipt of your order please review the accompanying
packing slip to ensure that your order was shipped correctly.
Please note that there are times when the availability
of an item might be delayed and shipped at a later date.
Please contact our customer relations staff within 4 days of receipt of your
order at 1-866-FLCHARMS (1-866-352-4276) and notify us of any missing or incorrect
item. We will issue a return authorization number and return address. Once we
receive the incorrect item, we will ship the correct item.
Should you elect to return any item, please contact us for a return authorization
number and return address. Please note that stock items returned are subject
to a 20% restocking charge. Once the merchandise is received, we will debit your
credit card accordingly. Special orders and engraved merchandise cannot be returned.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Please note that custom orders (i.e. diamond set items),
engraved items, and ibracelets cannot be returned.
Guarantee of Satisfaction:
A cornerstone of Finish Line Charms LLC is total customer
satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with
your purchase, please notify our customer care team within
30 days at 1-866-FLCHARMS and we will replace or refund
the product. After 30 days we will replace the product
or provide a store credit. All returns must be authorized
by a customer care team member. Please note that unless
the item being returned was incorrect or damaged upon
receipt, the customer is responsible for return shipping
and a 20% restocking fee. Unless defective, custom orders
and engraved merchandise cannot be returned.
Our
Privacy Policy:
It is our practice to secure any information provided to us by our
customers. As a valued customer, we will not rent, sell or provide your
customer specific information to any third party, unless otherwise
directed by the customer (please check the appropriate box on the order
form to provide us with your preference). All personal information we
gather is submitted to us with your knowledge. We do not collect
personal information when you browse our site. We do track website usage
(non-personal information) to better understand the navigation of our
website with the objective to continually improve both the products we
offer and your experience with us (i.e. number and frequency of visitors

Our Mailing
List:
If you would like to be added to our online mailing list please inform
us where indicated at check out. Please note that as a valued customer,
we will not rent, sell or provide your customer specific information to
any third party, unless authorized by you.
Providing
Your Email Address:
As a service benefit, providing your email address will
allow us to send you an email notification upon receipt
of your order. In addition,
should you elect, we can keep you up-to-date regarding
new items that we offer periodically.
Helping Others:
Finish Line Charms LLC is proud to establish "Helping
Others",
a program in which we donate a combined total of 2% of
our net profits (maximum $10,000 annually) to the American
Cancer Society and DebRA, a non-profit organization helping
those afflicted with Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare skin
disorder.
Variety of
Charms:
While we try to offer the ideal charm that best represents
all athletic accomplishments, we understand that there will be occasions
where you might not be able to locate an appropriate charm. Should this
occur, please contact

and provide us with general race information (race
distance, host city). We will make every attempt to provide you with the
ideal charm.

reserve the right to change, revise, add, delete sections of these terms
